What age is considered a puppy?

The puppy rate applies to any dog 1 year and younger.

What is considered an extended stay?

Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 2 hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay.

2-8 additional hours: +50% of the nightly rate.

8+ additional hours: +100% of the nightly rate.

What days are charged at the Holiday rate?

Due to the high demand for pet-sitting services during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at the Holiday Rate:

• Jul 4-6, 2025

• Aug 29, 2025 - Sep 1, 2025

• Nov 27-30, 2025

• Dec 24, 2025 - Jan 1, 2026

• Jan 16-19, 2026

• Feb 13-16, 2026

Spring Break (dates subject to change yearly)

• May 22-25, 2026

• Jun 19-21, 2026

• Jul 3-5, 2026

• Sep 4-7, 2026

Do you require them to be spayed or neutered?

They do NOT have to be spayed or neutered, just please let me know if they are not before your stay.

Do pets have to be up to date on their vaccinations?

For the health and safety of all pets in our care, dogs and cats must be up to date on their vaccinations. This helps prevent the spread of contagious diseases and ensures a safe environment for every guest. We may require proof of core vaccinations such as rabies, distemper, and others depending on your pet's species and the services provided. Please contact us directly for a full list of required vaccines.
